Fresh orange juice

The orange juice is rich in flavonoids, folate and vitamin C, which will raise good cholesterol and reduce bad cholesterol, so drink 2 to 3 cups of fresh orange juice per day to balance cholesterol levels or eat a few oranges daily.

Banana peel

The peels of bananas will dissolve the fat with the powerful enzymes they have, and you just need to put a small piece of banana peel on the affected area and fasten it with gauze and leave it overnight and in the morning, remove and clean the area with water.

Coriander

You should boil a tablespoon of coriander seeds in one cup of water. Then leave the mixture for 15 minutes to stand and cool before it is drained. Pour the drained mixture three times a day.

Fenugreek seeds

These seeds are rich in fiber that will minimize levels of bad cholesterol, so to achieve this, you should soak 2 tablespoons of seeds in water and leave them overnight, and then eat this mixture in the morning before breakfast.
